Dr. Gary Jeffress, director of the Conrad Blucher Institute for Surveying and Science, has been appointed to a four-year term on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration¹s (NOAA) Hydrographic Services Review Panel. The panel includes experts in hydrographic surveying, vessel pilotage, port administration, tides and currents, coastal zone management, geodesy, recreational boating, marine transportation, and academia.
